Osteria Volt opened in 2021 around a single oak-fired hearth. One kitchen writes one menu a day, and the three rooms — hearth room, long table, and bar — share everything the fire makes.

Fish and produce calls at 07:30 decide the day; the printed menu follows at 17:45.
Everything meets the fire
One hearth feeds three rooms. If the fire is out, the menu is soup.
