Bergholt Clinic opened in 2008 with two GPs and a scheduling belief: the appointment is the product, so the schedule protects it. The clinic now runs six GPs, two nurse practitioners, and still books twenty-minute slots.

Notes, results, and plans are written at reading-age 12. If a patient cannot read it, we rewrite it.
