Every route in the catalog has been walked twice by the guide who leads it. Cabins, ferries, and luggage transfers are booked ahead; you walk with a daypack and a route card.
Private departures run the same route cards with your dates and pace. Groups from four to ten; the guide-to-route match is made when you book, not assigned at departure.
For families, film crews, and the unusually determined. We draft the route, walk the survey version ourselves, and hand you the same printed cards the catalog routes use.
Short days are the point: photography windows, orca fjords, and cabins with wood stoves. Groups of six on winter routes, with weather calls made daily and printed in the evening.
