Studio IJssel is four people in Rotterdam making identities, websites, and product design. The studio keeps two rules: the work ships with files you own, and every Friday has a show-and-tell while the work is still rough.
Strategy before sketches
A written brief both sides sign. Direction debates end in week two, not week six.
Rough on Fridays
Show-and-tell every Friday with the work unfinished. Feedback then is cheap; feedback at delivery is not.
Own your files
Storage, licences, and a build guide are yours from the first sprint. Lock-in is not a service.
