Fieldrow Academy opened in 2014 with twelve benches and one rule: the work is the exam. The shop has doubled since, the rule has not moved, and neither has the seat cap.

Every module ends in a marked piece against the trade standard. Papers can be crammed; joints cannot.
Small by design
Twelve seats per cohort so every correction lands the night it is made.
