Four processes, one roof
Laser cutting
Fibre lasers to 6 kW cut steel, stainless, and aluminium from 0.5 to 25 mm. Nesting software quotes the sheet, not the part.
Bending
Six press brakes with tooling for boxes, channels, and hems. Bend allowances checked against your CAD before cut.
Welding
Certified welders for MIG, TIG, and spot. Jigs for repeat work; inspection photos ship with every batch.
Finishing
Powder coating in standard RAL colours, deburring, and passivation on site — no third queue between you and shipping.
